Now, Sendai and the Tohoku area are filled with local yet world-class artists.In every issue, COMMON puts a spotlight on these artists in the “HUMAN REPORT” feature.It also introduces the local street scene as “common sense,” being just as significant but distinctly unique from Japan’s bigger central metropolis.
